Huntingdon District Council (HDC) is currently reviewing proposed sites for development as part of its Local Plan, and Warboys is included in the latest update. This is a crucial opportunity for residents to provide feedback on the potential developments in our parish before the deadline on 27th November.

Warboys Site Assessments: Key Proposed Developments

Within Warboys, the following 12 sites have been identified for potential development. Each site includes details about the land size and proposed housing capacity:

  • Warboys 1 (CFS 79) – 1.5 hectares of land adjoining Heath Road, with capacity for 18-20 homes.
  • Warboys 2 (CFS 104) – 4.036 hectares of land north of First, Second & Third Avenues, with capacity for 160 homes.
  • Warboys 3 (CFS 133) – 1.3 hectares of land to the rear of 51 Church Road, with capacity for 30-50 homes.
  • Warboys 4 (CFS 172) – 4.8 hectares of land east of Church Road, with capacity for 36 homes.
  • Warboys 5 (CFS 145) – 4.8 hectares of land to the east of Station Road and north of Heath Road, with capacity for 150-200 homes.
  • Warboys 6 (CFS 148) – 12.3 hectares of land north of Humberdale Way, with capacity for 296-500 homes.
  • Warboys 7 (CFS 135) – 2.3 hectares of land south of Warboys Sports Field, proposed for recreational use.
  • Warboys 8 (CFS 166) – 3.28 hectares of land at New Road, with capacity for 40 homes.
  • Warboys 9 (CFS 293) – 26.7 hectares of land at Ramsey Road, with capacity for 210-500 homes.
  • Warboys 10 (CFS 314) – 0.68 hectares of land at Manor Farm Buildings, Church Road, with capacity for 10-14 homes.
  • Warboys 11 (CFS 387) – 3.85 hectares of land to the rear of 70-84 Station Road, with capacity for 60-65 homes.
  • Warboys 12 (CFS 85) – 10.57 hectares of land off Fenton Road, with capacity for 132-195 homes.
